Treasure in books...

Earlier this week during the morning hours, I walked in Parker's bedroom to see what my quiet little boy was getting himself into doing. When I peeked in, this is what I found...an empty Ritz cracker package that he had helped himself to from our pantry & practically all of his Little Golden Books poured onto the floor. He was happily flipping through each one of the bound stories, pointing to fun objects and stating very confidently what the particular characters were. I love that he loves books and hopes this continues throughout the rest of his years.
P.S. Notice the slight farmer's tan...ha ha!
